Over the last 10 years, retail has seen changes significantly. I was there and have been through all these—from the risen of e-commerce empires to the mass closures of stores.

All that has given me a unique perspective on how retail has been evolving and what that means for business owners, management, store managers, and the end customers.

There have been ups, downs, competitions, pivots, transformations, and most importantly, OPPORTUNITIES.

Now it is time to move on..

As retail evolves, retail employees are learning to adapt to different sets of skills. I am a big believer in skills over degrees so that I can stand out from the crowds; cope with the changes and stay ahead of the competition.

My experience came from all these years working in the competitive retail business, where I have laid a solid foundation over time along the journey.
